Mrs. Akshata  Arun  Kulkarni:  Akshata is working as an Associate  Professor working since last 14 years and teaching the subject Environmental Studies .She has done M.A.;M.Phil in Geography and Bachelor of  Mass Communication through Nagppur UNIVERSITY.

     Her area of  specialization is Population  Geography and is currently doing Research
On Migrants of Mumbai through Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth ,Pune.

     Akshata has already worked in All India Radio, Nagpur for 2  years as Transmission
Executive i.e. Duty Officer and also worked as News-Reader-cum Translator for a short while.She has rendered her voice to make announcements at Shirdi Temple.In A.I.R. she has  handled programmes for Youth, Women,Children, and Farmers.

     She is founder of NISARG- the Nature Club of College since 2002 and also has worked as N.S.S. Programme Officer of the college. She is a visiting Faculty to teach Environmental Studies at F.Y.B.Pharm.in S.N.D.T.Womans University since 2008-2009.
Mrs. Akshata Kulkarni has been called as an expert on Doordarshan Mumbai, Sahyadri Channel on World Ozone Day on 15th September 2004.

 Akshata is a reciepient of:

 1.Neemal Young Achiever Award
 2.Shivarampant Tidke Guruji Gold Medal
 3.Chancellors Gold Medal for securing 1st Rank in Merit at M.A.1& M.A.II Examination.
 4.Stood  Second in order of Merit in First –Aid Exam.
